Product Realization Process
TEAM continually learns from our significant experience in system engineering and integration. As part of this learning process, TEAM executive management has developed a proprietary Product Realization Process and made it an integral part of doing business.

TEAM uses lean manufacturing processes to continually improve products for Sandia National Laboratories’ Z-Pinch program. TEAM makes the central targets (roughly 200 per year) for the Z-Pinch high energy pulsed power device, and has essentially doubled the rate of target production over the life of Z-Pinch.

This attention to process shows up in every TEAM design, analysis, fabrication and testing; all under-girded by quality management.
