For example, when SNL experimenters asked for denser wire arrays in Z-Pinch targets we produce, we acquired a state-of-the-art wire EDM machine, then developed the technology to produce wire slots as narrow as 0.0015 inch. Our wire array slot cutting technology enables us to locate slots within 0.6 arc minutes—a capability unmatched in industry.

TEAM has both a full manual machine shop and a wide variety of CNC machines.

TEAM CNC Machines take advantage of full programming using MasterCAM ver. 9.1 and ver. 10 with solids and surfacing (mill, lathe and wire):
