TEAM offers a complete line of CMM first article contract inspection services, including inspection and certification of production tooling, gaging and fixtures. With a wealth of standards at our disposal, TEAM is capable of performing part & fixture measurements of all types, complexities, accuracies and resolutions.

Our state of the art laboratory is environmentally controlled to 20°C ± 2°C assuring you the highest standard of accuracy and reliability. All of our equipment is state of the art and is equipped with universal length measuring machines.

Qualifications

TEAM Metrology and Inspection has a quality system that is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We also adhere to ASME B89 Measurement Standards.

Two Direct Computer Controlled (DCC) Coordinate Measuring Machine with an accuracy of 750mm length and width and 550mm height.
